I feed 65 deer every evening who come to my front pasture and all the way to my front door. I brought my sound bar outside tonight and played this for them while they ate. They didn't leave after eating! Most of them sat down and faced the setting sun as we all watched the sun set together. I'm playing this tomorrow morning when I feed my 45 ducks 😊 Thank you from Texas!

Thanks to this kind person, it was the first time this year that I went to the shower without a panic attack. It is usually very difficult for me to be alone with my thoughts and I start to be haunted by thoughts about the end of my life and then I have a panic attack. That's why I almost always turn on some shows on KZbin and listen to other people's voices while I’m washing my hair. But this time I spent half an hour in the shower, I was able to completely wash myself and my hair, and then I also made a face mask and all this without a panic attack!! And without bad thoughts! I just can't describe how happy I am right now, this is the first evening in the last year when I cry with happiness. I wish everyone to find peace of mind, we all need a break from the heaviness on our soul. You can all handle everything, I love you all!! God, how strange I must look right now, an adult fifteen-year-old girl with a towel on her head and a face mask on my face, crying and giggling
@sarahmullins5006 Жыл бұрын
I remember this feeling! I used to hate showering because I was alone with my thoughts. I’d be panicking and crying and trying to clean myself as fast as possible. I thought I was alone with this. But I remember when I first was in therapy and started to get the anxiety and OCD under control. It was awesome. I had a shower where I was calm and happy. Now I find it one of the most relaxing places.

You should feel proud of yourself! Whatever makes you feel better, continue to do it regularly. You'll eventually change your subconscious programmes that run our daily lives.
@Andre_Henrique8910 ай бұрын
You will get better from those thoughts and feelings! It may be a long road ahead, but eventually you will start to notice your progress. I’m fighting anxiety and panic attacks induced by my fear of dying, for some 5 years now. Went through prescribed medication, psychologic therapy, psychiatric help for 3 years… Lost my job (a really good job) because of the mental state that I was in, probably due to this condition, lost my marriage, saw my ex-wife build her life with another man, while I was at the rock bottom, mentally and financially… But God be praised, I have never lost the love that I feel for my 3 years old son! And that love, along with all the spiritual help that I’m receiving, is guiding me through it, I’m off medication for 5 months now, replaced it with Yoga and Meditation, started walking almost everyday and my life shifted to a spiritual endeavor, started studying oriental and other kinds of religion, started searching for NDE on KZbin, and trying to connect the dots that makes sense to me, trying to find the creator through myself, so maybe one day I can see God in everything. I’m not gonna lie, somedays I still feel fear of dying, losing the days that I spent with my son, and sometimes I think, what if all of this that I’m learning is fake or manipulated by human interest, since I have never had a paranormal experience to see the other side for myself, so that I would know that in fact we do keep going after here, and maybe still able to help from the other side… But at least now, I’m better than I was, so I might as well keep pushing forward and see were it leads me, and even if I fall again, I might someday find another path to keep pushing forward and finally surpass this fucking fear of dying! And I’m employed again, and managing to be a father, a worker, a son and a friend, battling every step of the way, of course… But moving forward again! Even if it’s just an inch every day, and even if I maybe stop moving for a day or more, I will keep on trying… Hope you find your path! And we may one day see it all through and notice how it made us stronger! Get well soon! And may the light shine upon you!

Some people also find relief from tinnitus for at least a few hours, sometimes the rest of the day from a simple tapping exercise: Put your palms on your ears and angle your fingers towards the back of your head, middle fingers pointing towards each other. They should be lying just above the base of your skull. Now use your index fingers to either tap against your skull or press them on your middle fingers and snap them down onto your skull. Continue for 15 to 30 seconds (or longer).

This video is how I’ve been able to sleep peacefully with no nightmares for the past week. I use this sound to meditate too and it helps me block out all those endless thoughts running through my mind. This is the first sound/video to do that for me. I’ve been having nightmares every night for over like 6 years now. (Unless I’m high on weed) And it messed with everything. I would wake up exhausted and the anxious thoughts never ended whether I was asleep or awake. But listening to this every night really helped make me feel less tense. And I think that’s why my nightmares aren’t as bad or extreme anymore. So cheers to you! Thank you so so much

I cannot even express in words how uncomfortably INSANE my past 11 months have been. I haven't had a moment to process one thing before the next comes and I just move to the next seamlessly until I feel so tight at those seams I might explode. 2 minutes in, I actually just SAT STILL. and just SAT there. 5 minutes or so in the tears came.... and now at around 17ish minutes, they're still flowing and I feel like I am genuinely releasing LIFETIMES of repression and stifled pain. I had to type this now in a moment of complete gratitude. THANK YOU.
