Today we made a cake that you will like. Fluffy carrot cake, with cream cheese. This is a relatively easy and quick recipe that you have to schedule to make in the near future.

RECIPES:
Ingredients
150 g of walnuts
4 eggs
225 g of brown sugar
250 ml sunflower oil
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
2 vanillas
300 g of self-rising flour
2 carrots
100 g of raisins
For Icing
100 g of butter
200 cream cheese
50 g of powdered sugar
1 vanilla
Method
First, grind the walnuts. Then, beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.
Add the oil, cinnamon, cloves and continue mixing. Then add the vanilla, the flour and work until the mixture becomes a dough.
Then, with gentle movements, incorporate the walnuts, the carrots, which we have previously passed through a coarse grater, and the raisins.
We spread them in a buttered and floured cake form and bake at 180 degrees Celsius, on the resistances, until our cake takes on color.
We can check with a toothpick if the inside is cooked.
We continue and make the icing for our cake. So we work the butter, which is at room temperature, with the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Finally, cover the cold cake with the icing and optionally open it in the middle and fill it.
