I live in the Gulfport area and I've been to Fillup with Billups a handful of times. I get the standard breakfast with eggs, bacon and waffles I think? Love that they're open 24 hours. Not many places around here like that anymore. New follower and love going back through the old videos!

Katina, I love watching you try so many delicious foods. There is no donut place near here so my donut day will have to be postponed. The raspberry cookie looked awesome, I have raspberries growing on my land and can sit and eat them like a black bear getting ready to hibernate. On one of your previous videos you asked about whether we liked your eating with no commentary or commentary on top and speaking just for myself, I love the videos where you talk to us like we are sitting across the table from you. You have a pleasant voice and a great smile. Do the competitions sometimes, but to me they are less enjoyable. Wayne

I like cycling too--killer on the legs, though, my quads never feel like they recover, lol. But I like it because the movement feels so meditative. Little tidbit that I picked up from a long-time cyclist...make sure your seat is high enough! He told me that when your knee raises up during the cycle it should NOT be at a 90 degree angle/parallel with your hip, your hip should be a bit higher than your knee. That made a huge difference for me and dispersed the work more evenly between quads and glutes.

Love mixing pastas. Spaghetti Factory is the best for that reason alone. Meat sauce mixed with mizithra in brown butter sauce. It’s the best!
