It's a very aesthetic city, but it feels very unrealistic/oil money to me. Generally cities don't get built that way, it just gets added on to as needed. That said, if I just pretend you're a Saudi prince with the kind of money to just plan and build a whole city in 1 go, the design makes more sense.

I always aim to make the cities I create in this game as realistic as possible, but sometimes it’s hard to balance realism and creativity. Sometimes I get carried away with my ideas and end up with cities that are not very realistic at all. But I still have fun with the game and the city dynamics. I have a plan for building a completely realistic city someday, and I hope you will enjoy watching my progress. Thanks again for your support.

Hi there! Thanks for your comment.The reason for this is that I was limited by my computer's processing power when I built this city. This forced me to scale back a lot of my ideas. Thank you for your comment. Actually, you don’t need to install any mod for this. When you enter the game and choose your map, you have to enable the Unlock all option and the Unlimited money option to have no money limit in the game. ❤️

the design is very eloquent, but i think it relies too heavily on roads, i think a perfect city would have very extensive public transport. i like the lake as the center but the multi lane elevated highway is an ugly focal point for a city. overall i think it would be a terrible place to live, probably very polluted. don’t get me wrong, the design is beautiful and mathematical, however i don’t think it is at all realistic. it’d be good for a sci fi dystopia, or an arab oil city like dubai… these are basically the same thing 😂
