This is probably the most balanced program. I like how 2 workouts makes 1 pair, which prevents muscle imbalance injury (especially lower back and hamstring). It consists of: Upper bd beginner (horizon) : push + pull Upper bd intermed (vertical) : push + pull Lower bd : push + pull Mid bd : front + back For beginner (who cannot do chin-up and dips), this makes {2 upper body + 2 mid body + 2 lower body}, which is still very well-balanced. Highly recommended for someone who doesn't know where to start! Thank you!

Seems like a great workout. I just started a new Pro programme so I won't be adding these exercises to my plan for the moment. Although I would really want to 😉 But one thing I've already learned from you guys is not to overdo it and take enough rest.

Like the overall instructions especially on the pullups and chinups. Full range of motion and slow is very nice. Little confused on the dips though. Its a dip but not at “real” dip😜

It totally depends on how much you want to work out. we advice to do the full body workout 3 days a week with rest days between your workout days. Good luck💪
