I am in a dilemma.I am a GEM 9/8/7 1yr workex with 67 raw score. Predictions are around 95-96%tile. If there is any hope for atleast CAP and baby iims I'll start preparing for GDPI else I am gone

You will get CAP calls if you cross their cutoff, however conversion is always tough being at the lower end with a GEM profile, however not impossible
