I struggle with which type of physical examination for headache. Rather than having to a full Neuro assessment?

We would suggest focussing on the core area of the complaint. I would definitely do a full cranial nerve examination and if you feel that the patient is "walking funny" or has mentioned weakness/sensory loss then proceed to examining the rest.
