[Updated] So, me being the dingus I am forgot to put the curved stairs in the stairwell. Also side note. I had no idea how to say “parapet” and turns out I’ve been saying wrong the entire time 😂😂😂. If you’re having trouble with replacing the floors on the big deck. You will need a post to support the piece of floor that’s breaking of. 1 full post + a half post to match the floor level. Once they are all full floors you can remove the post. This was an oversight on my part from building in eternaland. It does work in normal servers though as I’ve done it 🙂 Hope this helps.

yes I had to put up just as you said and eventually got it all working. I think I might buy some packs tomorrow to make it look better. You really need the glass pack especially as it looks great and will be useful for every house you build.

@@US_Romm I built it in both but didn’t blueprint it, you can’t bring blueprints from eternaland it sucks. In the pinned comment there is instructions for the stairs. But essentially you wanna support the right deck piece with nothing below it. Use a post and a half post or a wall and a half wall. Leave the support there until you get to the point of replacing the deck with all full squares. Once it’s got all full ceilings as the deck you can remove the deck. This was a mistake I made in the vid.

Oh my god. Just noticed you made the tutorial. Gonna go see if I can make it and then fix things up to my liking. Don't think I gonna spend money though so I will do with what I have. Needs so much gravel for the bricks. But worth it. I had a few problems but got it in the end. I do feel you need the glass pack and at least a nice furniture pack with wallpaper since I don't see any in the base game. Otherwise it looks quite dull.

Just noticed, that the blueprint saves all the info. When you look at it, you can see all items and resources needed. You can access the blueprints in Eternaland and vice versa. Grand total for the house and foundation. Useful for new starts so you can collect the amount and place. Log = 1249 Sintered Brick = 1146 or 11 460 Gravel Steel Ingot = 610 or 3050 Iron Ore For the stairs I got the Reinforced Steel & Wood Half-Pace Stairs to work x 2 30 Log and 10 Steel Ingots. For Turret areas. Sinstered Brick 190 or Gravel 1900, Steel Ingo 60 or Iron 300, Log 272 Don't forget, you need to get resources for the turrets and traps, and any items in the house like bed, furnace, etc.

This is mostly for when the servers are wiped. You can collect the resources and place the whole building down then. That's what I plan to do. It good to have extra too, as you never know. I gonna save a blueprint with the turret areas so I can just plop down and start adding my stuff.

To make things a little easier, you are able to use the Small Square Walls to get the same effect as the stairs and foundation trick.

@@RyanIsIffy As an example, the Concrete Small Square Wall. Place it on a foundation edge, may have to turn it with the scroll wheel one time, then you can place a foundation against the wall itself.

I love the video and the building turned out amazing!! Do you think it would be possible to do a quick guide on how you did your wiring. You don't have to go full in depth but it would be nice to see how you might have done things. Hello, I really appreciate you doing this tutorial! I am currently working on it and I can't find a way to snap the stairs to the roof on the second floor. I also placed another column to prevent the furthest roof to fall.

Heya thanks a lot! 🙂 stairs need to snap to a full floor and can only go up, so we have to offset the full floor first to place them then once they are “hanging” from the 3rd floor you can take away the base that they are snapped to. I hope this makes sense sorry

Great question. Honestly it’s more a trial and error. This house I roughly designed in eternaland kinda like a shape thing. It was more of a set myself some rules. How tall, how small. Eg. I wanted the driveway to be able to fit atleast 2 garages. I wanted to be able to have a walkway all the way round. I knew I needed turrets to cover 360, and then it was little things, how do I make it more interesting. Once I knew a rough idea of the look then it was days in the server placing things and removing them very trial and error. Trying different colour combinations. That all it really was. Once I did the tutorial I was able to just count things like the pad on my actual house in game and transfer the info as best I could.

You will need to place a temporary support. Using a wall or column and putting a half piece on top. Once you finish you can come back and knock out the support. Hope this helps.

Yeah I talk about it at the beginning. The interior wallpaper is not paid though. I looted the grey cement wall. It was my only looted furnishing at that time. 🙂

Hey there, you have to support the farthest right piece. Using a column and a half column or even a wall. Just until the deck is all full pieces.

If anyone is struggling to place the half stairs on the deck, try building part of the stone roof and then place the stairs. Was the only was I was able to snap them in.

I ended up building a temp wall below where i wanted the stairs (used small square foundation to get it lined up) and once the stairs were in place i took out the wall and replaced the foundation.

I having problems with the wood where the staircase fits onto. The last middle board just says cann't place. If I have the boards coming down the whole way it fine. But removing and replacing pieces in the middle stops the last 1 to be built.

@@dragonflykm3050 that’s where you have to build a post or wall from the ground up to support it. Once it’s full floor pieces (no small pieces) you can remove that support

Hello, i built the same base using your tutorial , however i did not use the material skin that makes your house made of glass, and i have a problem in the plantation area, my crops have 10-20% of light and 10 % of irrigation, even though i placed the lights and the irrigation system just like in your videos, can you tell me please what may be the problem, thank you

You’ll want to set their level. If you walk up to them you can press F to set them to the appropriate level. This will always depend on what you’re growing. 🙂

I used the blueprint from the main game into Eternaland but it doesn't seem to build. It just has a projector there and no progress has happened since yesterday. Any ideas how long it takes or if I need to do something in particular.

Honestly no idea I haven’t placed blueprints myself cause I just build it there to practice then build it in the “real” world

@@RyanIsIffy I found out from a video. You place the blueprint and then go over in flight mode as it easier. You left click on each piece to build. When you feel you are finished, because i had some things I didn't want anymore, you can goto the projector and click cancel. It removes anything not built. If you find a piece that doesn't want to build due to obstruction, you need to demolish stuff nearby and then rebuild them once you did that piece. There is a major flaw with the blueprints that I not sure if you can fix. When I placed and built it in Eternaland, none of the modifications were there. No glass walls from shop, no wallpapers. Everything was just as the base game.

@@eujiboo ahh that’s specific to the ground. You need the actual ground to clip through the foundation. I hope this helps

Hmm, have you put the top floor on? Cause stairs have no problem hanging in a normal server. (Not eternaland). If worst comes to worst try putting a pillar from the ground up to the piece that’s breaking. Once you have all full pieces in you should be able to take the post away

Hey there, I can try for sure, I highly encourage people who don’t have glass but want a similar effect to try the big open squares, particularly on 2nd and 3rd floors. Roofs make it hard. Also I did start out with more of a “suburban” house in the beginning. Hmm I’ll def think on it though
