The Perfect Nurse Shoe? | $129 Clove Shoe Review, Unboxing & First Impressions

We're doing a Clove Shoe unboxing and first impressions today y'all! Is it the perfect shoe? In my opinion, no. But I will not give up my hunt for the perfect shoe! I think these #cloveshoes are awesome and sound like everything you'd want in a shoe, but for me it just didn't meet my high expectations. Also, after wearing them around the house for a bit longer, the back of my ankle started to not feel so great so I am not looking forward to testing these out at work if I'm being honest! Thanks for being honest! I was wanting these so bad. Being a new nurse, I wanted to give them a try. You’re right about them looking like a “diabetic shoe”. I could not stop laughing when you were showing them on and up close lol. I will not be wasting my money on these.

Nooooo! I knew it. They don't seem like they're that comfortable. I was considering getting the pink shoes to go with my green scrubs because the Instagram marketing/branding was really getting to me!! I almost did it, but I'm glad I didn't give in!

so im not a nurse but work in a museum and walking or standing for long periods of times. i needed better shoes that i can stand. i have wide feet and yes you will have to order half size up. i got 9.5 and were tight and stiff. once i broke them in which took maybe 2 weeks. i just didnt want to return them since i didn't have time to return. but once i got used to them i am able to stand for a long time but once i come home to relax it does hurt prob for other reasons. i have to use thin and high ankle socks. i will say they held up during these rainy weeks in LA. my feet were dry after walking thru puddles. and yes the noise is very loud especially on waxed floors on the musuem but i have not slipped like i used to before. has good grip. just like the viedo says if you don't have feet issues and aren't picky with creasing or noise its not to bad for standing once they are broken in. i still have mine and use them for rainy days. i do like them especially since they are my first experience shoes over $100.

I just bought these a couple days ago. And then I came across your review and now I'm regretting it. The more I do research on these shoes the more regret purchasing them, I think I'm going to return them as soon as I get them in the mail. Now that you've had them a couple of months would you say your opinion of them has changed?

Unfortunately no 🥺 I wore them on a regular grocery store run and they were uncomfortable enough to convince me to never wear them to work 🥲 I wear them on errands and stuff when I know I wont be on my feet for several hours just to get some use out of them. I have a couple of coworkers who still wear them for their shifts though so I think it really just depends!

The way the sole flares at the heal makes your feet look big. I don’t prefer that look with sneakers, I want them to be more streamlined.
