Sister madam has done it again! I made this exact recipe plus your chicken teriyaki recipe for my family last Sunday and let me just say, for very picky eaters, I was accused of not making enough!!! I cooked down my peri-peri sauce for that added depth of flavor and it was so good that I kept licking it (😂) it was the literal bomb! The potatoes were bang on, I always look for creative ways of cooking potatoes and not only did this hit the mark, but the kids also loved it! The red snapper was delicious, but do you know when the koko of the taste showed itself? It was the next day! The fish was large so we couldn't finish it and the rest went in the fridge, but my oh my, the next day I heated it for dinner, and it was sooooooo tasty it was unbelievable. I personally will do this with peri-peri sauce, make the meal, leave it in the fridge overnight then heat up the next day for consumption, it maketh a lot of sense! And lastly, the sweetness of the teriyaki was a delicate one which was a pleasant surprise because most times with meals where sugar is added, you lose all the flavor and get only the sweet, but what was great with your recipe was that I got the sweet but also got the ginger and the garlic and the umami. Will be making again and again. Sister madam, please be encouraged, your dishes are bringing joy and knowledge to a lot plus the way you take time to write out the measurements in the description box and just the way you handle your ingredients, it's easy for one to see your love of cooking and it is very infectious! Please know you are appreciated.

Ms. Nanaaba, I have no words to describe my first time cooking whole fish because of you. I went to the fish market and all. I grilled two medium sized red snapper fish together for the exact time that you indicated. The main difference between my dish and yours is the addition of habanero pepper to the blend. I also used wet lemon rind and fruit so I was very nervous 😅 that my mixture did not look like yours. But boy oh boy was it flavorful! And no words can describe what the roasted veggies taste like after all is done. I literally cannot describe it - it’s a flavor that everyone should experience. Do you use a dehydrator? How do you dehydrate your lemon?
@NanaabasKitchen8 ай бұрын
Sounds like you had a positive experience with your grilled snapper, and I’m very happy for you! Thank you so much for your feedback. Yes, I use a dehydrator.
