Great question and honestly idk about the ingredients but it is safe for natural hair. But use whatever shampoo & conditioner that best works for you and your hair.🫶🏾

I will tie my hair in a pineapple with a silk scarf (I push all the curls to the top of my head) then just sleep with a bonnet.
