RECIPE:
Eggs (C1) - 3 pieces;
Sugar - 100 grams;
Kefir - 30 ml;
Vegetable oil - 80 ml;
Flour - 350 grams;
Baking powder - 10 grams;
Vanilla sugar - ½ teaspoon;
Salt - ¼ teaspoon;
Apple jam - 9 dessert spoons.
Additionally:
Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp;
Shape - 21x21 cm.
PREPARATION:
1. Beat eggs with vanilla sugar and salt until air bubbles form. Then add sugar and continue beating until fluffy and sugar dissolves.
2. Pour in kefir and vegetable oil, mix at low mixer speed.
3. Add sifted flour and baking powder in portions. Using a spatula, stir the mixture until smooth and there are no lumps.
4. Transfer the dough into a mold lined with parchment, level it and arrange the jam in the mold at a distance from each other.
5. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Adjust the baking time according to your oven.
6. Let the finished pie cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into portions and serve.
