As somebody from Croatia, yes! The water (sea) is very clear and comfortable/hot (25-27C) especially in southern Adriatic sea where those islands are. And no dangerous animals/fish in sea which is big plus =)

Another great video setting the bar. The string of 8 islands just NE Hvar Town "Otocecki islands by memory" is a very nice cruising area with some facilities. Excellent base for area and best grilled octopus you can find and oysters from Ston and local wine from Stari Grad vines really make this very special place standou.
