Great recipe. I wish I could get burdock’s root and daikon in my country but for sure I have to try this recipe. Btw I wish u made yaki dango or just dango video. I wish u made similar video like with onigiri when u showed us many different types of the dish. I wish I could learn how to make zunda dango, kurogoma dango or so. Once again I love the video and your channel and passion for Japanese cuisine and your knowledge. Arigatō gozaimasu

God Bless! Thank you for the video. My wife is Japanese, but she's unable to cook anymore due to her myotonic muscular dystrophy condition. This video helps me to be able to make muso soup for her. Have a great week!

Many people that have autoimmune diseases or other types that include the deterioration of the muscles, benefit from a carnivore diet. She can try an elimination diet called the lion diet. I have fibromyalgia and by doing the lion diet meaning eating beef and lamb meat only with the exception of a few nappa cabbage pickles, my body eliminated the inflammation and with it all the symptoms stopped in two weeks. I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia this year in the spring and I tried this diet as a last resort. Symptoms I was experiencing were muscle, joint and back pain, IBS, incontinence, stiff joints, chronic fatigue, brain fog, restless and swollen legs, pain all over my body but also in the lymphatic areas, headaches and migraines with aura and many others. I was bed ridden for 8 years and I thought I would end up in a wheel chair. There are many people that have tried this diet and they have health improvement. Watch Dr. Ken Berry carnivore diet and look at the comment section. One last tip, wheat is highly inflammatory, sugar as well. Those two need to be avoided. I hope your wife will try one of these two diets. God bless you both!

Thanks again champ. Great recipe! With the dashi broth how long would it keep if you bottled it and keep it in the fridge?
@rustyshackleford2748 Жыл бұрын
Cold and bottled should be good for about a week or so. Possibly 2.
