User interviews will not provide an answer to how many users experience issues with amenities. What about analyzing the feedback by keywords?

What do you mean by feedback by the keywords

Hi, sure. I was thinking about analyzing feedback on Airbnb accommodations and capturing the number of reviews where a poor or low rating is linked to a lack of amenities in the apartments. This approach allows to use available resources to determine if the problem truly exists and how crucial or significant it is for users, utilizing minimal resources.

@@aleksa_twi yes. That works. But during interviews, it’s only 45min. You need to get the answers using your best assumptions

I thought we were gonna ask the interviewer to clarify why and how do we need to improve Airbnb. Because "Improve"is so vague and it could be anything. Do we need to increase the user growth?revenue?
@DrNancyLi Жыл бұрын
No. You need to make assumptions first and say: is my assumptions correct

Step 1 of improving Airbnb is to remove those atrocious cleaning fees 😅
