bro i have this one core memory of eating egg salad so in like 3rd grade i went to go buy lunch, that days lunch was breakfast i thought it was delicious, i ate everything. then i got to the EGG SALAD. i gobbled that up and was talking to this girl saying this is really really good then when i got to the classroom it started. i couldnt stop farting and people started to give me weird looks and one of my friends now asked if i was alright, and i naturally responded with yeah im just making armpit farting noises. i then, out of embarrassment, started to pretend i was doing armpit farts until the teacher asked if i needed to go to the nurse and i said i did. i passed by a teacher in the hallway, said hi, then when i reached the end of the hallway i let one rip. i went to the nurse, told her my stomach hurt, then literally let it rip all in that bathroom bro. it was so fucking embarrassing and i never trusted myself when i had to fart in the classroom until a year, maybe 2 when i realized i can just let it rip silently and all that remains is the smell and all you gotta do is pretend you smell it too and its the person next to you, or if its loud you just fart, and no one cares if you just go to the bathroom and come back 10 minutes later after you blow up that toilet fun times

Mustard is there for the acid and taste. Probably a bit of vinegar or lemon, but I think the taste would change. I wouldn't add anything if I didn't have mustard. It's not a must like mayo.
