Great review as usual, Liam. It's definitely stoked my interest in the mouse. Question for you, or any of your viewers: For US customers, where would this mouse be shipped from? I'm wary of ordering products that are shipped outside of the US, because of issues with support, repairs and returns. Shipping costs (especially for returns and repairs) and delivery times are definitely concerns. Again, thanks for making we aware of this mouse. BTW, camera play is on-point! 🍻

If you buy from the main side they are ship from China with yune express . The shipping charges to the US arnt that bad the problem is there is 0 chanc to just send it back if you dont like the mouse becouse the shipping cost back are realy high . Repairs is a different thing that falls under warrenty so that allways covered by them . I didnt realy see alot of problems with repairs just returns are basicly a no go back to china . There is a list for reseller for the US on there side buy there if you arnt sure if you like the mouse

Good review Love my beast x mini But the included grips are by far the worst I have ever touched, especially with all the cutouts the grips came off after 2 months...

@@AimAdapt I bought a BT.L diy sheet and made my own grips, made them a bit bigger so they have more surface to stick on. I have high hopes because my bt.l grips on my go pro superlight are still going strong after 3 years

I’m the type of guy that don’t change peripherals till they break. Wlmouse make me question my gpx 2 purchase from a couple of months ago. I feel like the sword x would sit better in my hand than gpx

got mine in recently. I like it, but that sensor positioning feels kinda bad compared to my other mice (ulx, beastx max). it's like aaaaalmost there. I like the shape a good bit, wondering if we will be ever be seeing an ergo at FM levels of light (~36-38g). that's honestly one of the few things that keeps me coming back to my ulx.

Had my beast x max since it came out and so far I absolutely love it, it really is an amazing feeling mouse. There are some issues though, for some reason, the front side button was sticking for one night of play, has not happened before and has not happened since after i blew it out with compressed air, upside down and right side up (just in case it was a heat related expansion issue and not a debris issue, I used the compressed air can upside down to cool it down, just wipe your mouse down if you do this though because if you don't, then you use it and lick your fingers after it tastes horrible.). The second issue is when using it in wired mode while it is charging, you cannot move the mouse and use the scroll wheel at the same time, the wheel just wont work while you are moving the mouse I tried different settings, some worked better than others, but it seems to still happen for whatever reason, so I would not recommend gaming on it in wired mode, just gotta let it charge. It is locked to 1000 hz in wired mode anyway but yeh. Battery life at 4k polling is fine also, i charge it once every 2 days of medium usage. I have omron opticals version which is fantastic but slightly increase power draw. Other than those 2 things, it is by far the best mouse I have used so far, the magnesium feels so nice, and the coating on the bronze edition anyway, is amazing. I actually like the holes on the side, but I also do not have a ton of mice like boardzy, so maybe the wl mice are not for you. After seeing the sword version have the physical buttons to change things without software, I do wish that feature was included on the beast x max though, that would pretty much eliminate the need for opening the software altogether.

And something in the contract made it so they couldn't ditch the company and change the software on the OG beast x. Not sure how much of that is just PR talk tho, and it really isn't fair with people that got that version

it's much larger than a beast x mini. If you are looking for a small ergo mice then sword X might not be a good choice. Maybe pulsar xlite v3 mini is better for you.
