In contrast to typical small houses in Singapore, which are often street-facing and tightly packed with neighboring homes, the design brief for this house sought to balance privacy for its owners while still embracing greenery, natural light, and ventilation. Built apart from the adjacent semi-detached house thanks to the spacious plot size, this home offers an open, airy living space filled with natural light and fresh air.
