Great video; you've convinced me to upgrade to a Cloud 9 Balcony! Question... I noticed that you were the only guests in the Thermal Suite. Was the ship at low capacity, were you there at an off peak time, or is it just not used that much. I'm hoping for a similar experience because I've been in very crowded thermal suites which are not the best environment for relaxing. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing this. Question for you - we just booked a cruise for 2024 on the Horizon. Only our second cruise so we're really new at this. We're not in a cloud 9 room, but wondering can we use the spa without it costing a ton. You looked so relaxed and we could really use that. Bringing my cap for the shower - hair would be a hot mess 😂

Yes, you can check on the website or wait until you get onboard for the Thermal Spa; I’ve heard some ships offer them by the day and others you have to purchase for the entire cruise. Please check that out to be sure. We feel like they are overpriced, but they do send emails out sometimes for percentages off if you book before your cruise and also check out the deals they have when they are in port.
