THE PERMANENT HASTE WIZARD BUILD (full speed) - Dark and Darker

For people wondering why I don't run haste. The move speed is capped at 350. I am at 331 with the book in my hand. Haste would normally get me to 370 move speed without the cap. Invis already makes me move at 348 (2 off the cap), so its better to just bring a 4th damage spell.

​@@BaxeliNo but the movement speed cap creates a similar problem as well. Now a barb can hit the cap and for example if im a rogue I can never be faster than him. The class that is supposed to be slow and hard hitting, can be the exact same speed as the class that is supposed to be fast and hit not as hard. On the contrary rogues hit hard too. So its all a mess rn anyways.

@@jordanmullins3551 yeah exactly at the moment rogues are hitting faster and only have a little less dmg than barbs while barbs who are supposed to be slow and heavy hitting are usually around the same speed

Crystal Sword tech might be useful in a Crystal Sword Melee Warlock build with +additional magic dmg. May actually have some decent pvp usage.

We cant sleep on how GOATED the interaction speed with all of that agi is either. Opening/closing doors, etc. Is sometimes more important than raw move speed.

I'm sure it was primarily nerves, but @ 2:58, you drank a blue clarity and then followed it up with a white clarity almost instantly before you could get the full effects from the blue one.

@@SantaClausMC Not anymore, got nerfed a few weeks back. Also, clarity can't stack because the buff is the exact same between pots, it's just the length of the buff that is effected by rarity. So using a blue then a white will immediately overwrite the blue.

@@cagxplays9602 you can see the potion buff at the bottom, when you drink a second it just maxes the timer again instead of adding a second potion buff, so yea it just replaces it

When fighting a phantomized Warlock as a Wizard, remember you can still hit them with AoE spells like fireball. They also have 50% reduced magic reduction, so it'll hit harder than you think

One of the best Warlock builds is to stack move speed (it's what I use personally) so it's probably what the guy was using at 27:00 to be able to outrun you

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think you can and should cast spells at Warlocks when they phantomize, like at 32:11, even more so, their magic resistance is reduced so it's even better

It's only splash damage spells. So fireball into the ground and the splash would be what would damage them.

That same bug is a big part of Vermintide 2,. Its a tech called shield-cancel, that allows you to spam your first chain attack over and over without comboing. Spell-cancel, brought to you by Red lol

The crystal sword tech probably felt random because you were trying to use invis when cancelling and you have arcane mastery so the cast actually completes before you can swing.

it is. i play solo and i 1v3 all the time. it’ll be a bit harder for you to pickup the game bc others have been playing longer, but if yoy put the effort in, you can definitely be really good as a solo. @bradquackson is an example. bros pretty nuts in crypts

you might not know that, but +1% move speed bonus actually gives you 5 move speed, and 0.5% bonus gives you 2 move speed, if you don't believe me get an item and test it, it's true, you can be even faster

My man you should run 10 spell if you're at 40 knowledge anyway. You've got the crystal sword for PvE, you can still burn a few spells on more annoying mobs... you're running clarities too, just pack a campfire or two as well. Your shtick is being able to kite infinitely - having access to ice bolt and lightning strike (both of which slow) synergizes well with long fights anyway. Plus light orb to mitigate the rogue weakness. Just my $0.02!

Same as any other spell but you must stay still while firing. Also if you using a stuff/crystal sword missiles can be canceled by them colliding with object/enemy
