Isnt that almost like a lunge?...is that guy really weak what made him struggle and get off balance?

A lunge is a dynamic split squat where the front foot leaves the ground at the end of the concentric and pushes back to the starting position where both feet are next to each other. On the Petersen Splits the front foot stays in place. - Roberto is far from weak, his best back squat is 180kg, his best close grip flat benchpress is 150kg and he can 57 reps in 3 minutes in the back squat with 95kg on the bar.
