The petty thief drove the judge mad by using children as a shield for his actions

One of the worst things to happen to brick and mortar business was to take away bagging items that you purchase. Now I’m not sure about Texas, but I know in most blue states you’re not permitted plastic bags anymore when purchasing items, and there are alternatives, Eco or brown bags available that you have to pay for, usually a nickel apiece. Now that’s fine. I’m all for saving fish, but I’m not the one putting the plastic in the ocean in the first place. I think y’all better go check with the trash disposal people. They’re the ones who are doing it, not me. I would appreciate my free plastic bag back. I used it for all kinds of things. Now people walk out of stores with items unbagged and you can’t tell whether they paid for it or not. Most people don’t spend the nickel for the bag. Or, bring their own. Now, brick and mortar shopping has become a thief’s paradise. A lot of times a cashier will say “do you want a receipt?” and you say “oh no that’s OK. Let’s save a tree.” So it’s become extremely easy for people to claim “well, I paid for it. I just didn’t bag it. I didn’t bother with a paper receipt. I got an email.” And so to counteract the increased theft, stores have had to install extremely up-to-date and technological, antitheft devices, cameras, and security. And lots more on the floor security. And who paid for all this who paid for all this antitheft security equipment trying to stop people like her, a perpetual thief, a habitual thief, from stealing? Y.O.U. (And Me) We do. We have to pay for it, those of us who don’t steal those of us who stay within the parameters of our budgets those of us who would never consider using a child for criminal activity. I think she and her lawyer really thought this was a slam dunk. He was really confident that the judge was going to say oh yeah THE CHILDREN. You gotta take care of the children. She said there’s no fathers involved. It’s all on me. 🎻 (Time for the smallest violin in the world interlude) And her face? And her twisted face as she was hauled away? 😡 Oh lady. Seeing you led away in handcuffs to one year in jail?… just made my week. 👍🏻

I love how State Jason has to move away when they lady claim they told the 5 year old yo leave the cart and he wouldn’t. He even caught the eye of the deputy and she tried not to laugh. I bet you State Jason wanted to do a 🤦🏽with the sad excuse that woman came up with.

All these people only think about the kids when they end up in jail…..or are facing a jail sentence. AND you know when State Jason comes up….its not a good day for you.

She isn't doing a very good job with the children, she pleads guilty but reduces her guilt by saying someone else had the 5 year old push the cart out.
