I was just thinking of this. Rig up an RGB light at the front and use NFC tags or an encoder to detect which diorama is at the front, then change the light to match it.

The only thing I don't like is that one of the battle droid arms is on the wrong way, the wider end anyways goes on the torso. Other than that this is perfect!

I love the effect of the lightsaber and the door. If you added a hollow stud on the other side you might be able to make it look like the lightsabers going all the way through too
