There is another version of the lyrics as well. Your eyes see but my shadow My heart is overflowing There's so much you could come to know You don't mind not knowing Tenderly you could see my soul The voice I heard, Who else is but my Angel here I always knew that you would come and all I ask you for Is take my soul and even more, It would be my response to love That comes to me from far beyond It's my last step to destiny Nothing can scare me Nothing can harm me Heart overflowing You're but my fate and destiny

Weird that Freddy Kruger played the Phantom in the movie that this was featured.

True but Robert England as the phantom is such an amazing role😍
@spatchmo69383 жыл бұрын
@@EtherealMaiden I agree. Robert Englund is a classically trained actor and it showed during some scenes in The Phantom of the Opera. I think it was a disservice to both Robert and the movie itself when they decided to make the phantom more like Freddy to capitalize on Robert Englund's popularity as Freddy
@mara.perova3 жыл бұрын
To me, honestly, Englund is the best Phantom, he seems kinda truest)...
@ТатьянаГубина-и1и Жыл бұрын
I liked Englund much better tan other phantoms.

ALONDRA PEREZ-RAMIREZ Well maybe, this honestly was just for a fanfic I planned like 3 years ago(and still want to do). But maybe I can if I could find it.

Thank you!! Hope you can find it, that way people can get more POTO music beyond the mainstream ALW.

WHAT is this?? :O In the movie, we can only hear the first paragraph! Is this entirely from Misha Segal? :/
@EtherealMaiden4 жыл бұрын
Yes it is. I kinda ripped it off a youtube video of a Russian singer and a choir singing this in full. Idk y they didn’t put the full one of the soundtrack.....

@@EtherealMaiden Humm... just posted a comment under one of Mr. Segal, wish he respond to this: "Extraordinary melody that has captivated many for many years, Maestro Segal. Why did you never compose the complete aria? And why did it never appear in the movie? The music is so beautiful and captivatingly romantic, such a pity!" :) The link to the video where he wrote the comment is this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jqizo5ewiJqan5Y

@@FrancisTernero1 This version was not for the movie. Irina Sakne and a choir from Moscow were the only ones who recorded an extended version, which I wrote especially for them. The middle part of this version was actually taken from the end titles of the movie. Thanks for your interest and hope for many more.
