Got mine yesterday and all beat up as well. I just wouldn’t even think of putting the plastic tubs in a bag to ship and the soufflés were all a mess too.

I bagged my tub as soon as I saw it was cracked. I chopped it immediately anyhow so no more tub, just chunks in a bag. 🥰

Thank you for sharing your haul. I couldn’t help myself but laugh when you sprayed your cats. If I sprayed my dogs they will try to bite the water that’s coming out 🤣🤣

Hey, Melissa! I absolutely love The Pharmacist’s Daughter, but I do wish they had better shipping packaging. Mine always come in envelopes as well and the wax is very beat up. 😊

100% frustrating! I agree! I am ok because I don’t store in tubs, I immediately chop and bag so it’s ok to me, but we pay good money and it’s important they arrive safely!

Thanks for sharing, Melissa! I am going to echo what’s already been said 😢 I love The Pharmacist’s Daughter’s wax, but every time I get an order, my wax is a mess! I really wish the shipping packaging was upgraded. I’m not an overly picky person, but I’m not having good luck with the tubs sealing correctly, either :(

Crazy! I feel the exact same way! Was actually shocked how it arrived today ( 2 tubs and 6 soufflés all in a PFRE) and the tubs were cracked. The lids were barely on! So odd! My soufflés are always a mess! It was so bad I didn’t want to take a pic of my order. I did reach out and they were grateful that I told them what was going on with the packaging. Maybe more should reach out and maybe something will be done about it. I love TPD wax and I never want to complain about “packaging” but it’s getting hot so if these packages look this messy, just imagine when the heat is a major factor! Sorry bout the rant but after hearing Melissa’s and yours, I had to speak up!!

Right? I always chop mine as soon as I get them and mine is already chopped and bagged so I don’t mind but if it’s how you store them is the tub, then I’d be so frustrated! I agree though, shipping in the mailer isn’t ideal. I was disappointed by that too. I guess only big orders get boxes. 😞

I should get my first order today. I have ones I want from this weeks order but TB’s is this week and Swanky. I don’t order from Swanky often I can’t stand her TAT. However, there are a few scents I put up with it for so I will see if they make the list. I bought Peach and Lime CC and now want the strawberry. My credit card says BE VERY careful 😂😂

I haven’t warmed it yet but my friends say it really comes alive on warm! It quite literally the best coconut scent I’ve ever experienced! My husband said the same thing!!! It’s off the charts good on cold! I want at least one more loaf!!

Woo hoo!! I received my order today also🎉 You could blend those samples together?🩷 I am having trouble with my lids also and 3 were cracked , mine were in a box? 🤯 its okay , thankfully I haf bag Don’t know how much cure time is needed I got key lime coconut crack and peach , couldn’t say no to those!! I am on the fence about the strawberry and regular coconut crack , they sound Amazing!!🥰 anytime you say strawberry, it gets my attention lol Have a great night and a great week! 🥰🥰

Ooooh how’s the peach coconut crack? I’m slightly scared of peach. That’s disappointing in a box yours was also cracked! 😔 darn postal service should also be more careful. It’s sad we have to accept it as normal. I’m shocked as mangled as my Ipsy box was I didn’t lose any products!! I don’t really cure much, few weeks. Hers does well right away pretty much!

@@melissajohnsonhaight5036 well to me on cold , it smells amazing! No kitty pee, but it’s a very strong peach. I’m hoping that the coconut will come through after I let it sit for a few weeks. yeah, it was a little box that was fully intact when it arrived, but I think it must’ve gotten shook around quite a bit. I’ve never had tubs crack like that before, but yeah, very annoying.
