The Philippines must develop its fleet of combat drones. At least 36 of it must be acquired this will also boost not only our internal deterrence capability but also our external deterrence capability.

The AFP must prioritise the missile system such as an addition of bramhos & spyder air defense systems. The procurement of HIMARS& MRF is now in negotiations because of military assistance worth $500m or 28B in peso yearly funded by the US. A follow-up order of warships is a must.

@@Jcc1roar Brahmos missile launchers without sufficient Air Defense Systems(short, medium, long range ADS) to back it up will only result in disaster for us, we are talking of missiles in the high hundreds, maybe close to a thousand ADS missiles, if not, what's the point of adding more, if you're just gonna lose them to missiles like DF-21's & DF-26's( hypersonic) and other missiles like YJ-18, YJ-21, glide bombs, UCAV's, etc. Our Brahmos Missiles aren't silver bullets, we shouldn't rely on them SOLELY.

Israeli made weapons systems are of high quality and are generally regarded as very reliable. I just wish that some (but not all) of of our Shaldag vessels be fitted with "real" Anti-Ship Missiles(AShM"s) to make them "TRUE MISSSILE BOATS," maybe 2 to 4 Shaldags fitted with 2 AShM's each at the rear(stern) section, which has enough room to accommodate a pair of launch canisters, this could either be Harpoons, RBS-15's, or C-Star AShM's, etc. With this kind of capability, our In-shore Patrol Vessels will have better(more lethal) & farther reaching missiles (AShM's with either 100+km/ 190+km./240km.range versus the 25km. to 30+km.max. range of the Spike missiles) that can do very serious damage to hostile ships intruding in our waters.

Because of the battle in Ukraine, I suppose the Chinese military has already produced a large number of drones. As a result of their success in combat, we now require anti-drone systems. Due to its effectiveness in war.

Drones effectiveness can be negated with the use of GNSS jamming system. Meaning all drones operate with guidance system provided by GNSS, (Global Navigation Satellite System) if this signal is jammed or spoofed by Electronic warfare equipment then your drone will be immobilized, rendering it useless, so in short it's not a "silver bullet," and has many limitations.
