Dapat magkaroon ng batas sa paggawa at regular na pondo ng mga Local afp ship, airplane, vehicle, radar, at mga high tech na eyes in sky, sea land and below the sea, para tuloy tuloy ito kahit sino pa ang nasa phil govt. Makakapag produce ng mga local job at help na rin sa phil economic. Pero yung mga high tech weapon, need coordinated sa mga allied, para sa mga supply nito na agarang ilalagay sa mga new local ship at iba pa. At i practice na ang design na ship at mga airplanes at mga vehicles ay mga Pinoy na, panahon na makilala sa buong mundo ang husay at talino ng mga Filipino. God bless Philippines!
