Absoulty brilliant... I can relate to you paul when you said you sat in and closed the curtains for a few years and you could feel your energy going from your body I went through it myself it's horrible a thing it's like your losing your soul in a way it's like your inner energy can't even give yourself the energy for you just get up and do life itself ... I fell hard myself when I left Dublin city that's were my soul is and every time iam in the city I get reinvigorated and it takes me away from the rough I suppose.. really loving the videos at the minute keep up the good work and continue looking forward.. we are all just human... #Bekind. Fair play lads it was a great interview

😢I think when we get to a certain age with a lifetime of knowledge about how to do the wrong thing, it's time to do the right thing for ourself. If and when the penny drops, we feel we need to catch-up with life. That doesn't happen, time waits for no man or women. This part is about not beating yourself up and try to be happy with what you have in the hear and now getting out with our life.Like what i said about time not waiting ,it doesn't.Time to check out of that life completely, lock stock and a few smoking Js is ok in my book .Enough time has been given over to that experience.✌️

To awaken the soul after a life time of abuse is when you are born again I don't mean to be religious bit its true I'm clean about 18years and I gave up everything smocks the lot. I do hope that both of you continue and stop the smoke as well it might be bad smoking smack but I found on my journey that the smokes were harder than smak and I do believe that Tabaco is more unhealthy for you than smak its just the stigma attached to smack.

i hear yoiu brother and hopefully smokes are on the list too...but at least with smokes i can still access the spirit within, with heroin or methadone i cannot..... but all in good time.. thank you for the comment
