Yeah until you wear yourself out and approve of yourself regardless of the label "winner." Then you'll pursue things because they bring you joy not because you're trying to prove something.

To do things which are different is to act like a child or a foll
@OrionPhilosophy3 жыл бұрын
If that were true there would never be innovation or progress
@monnaojangsenye30953 жыл бұрын
I think that works on a group but not on a individual who can see what others can't see, ask Tesla, epictetus, Socrate and Seneca. To do start something is not easy but ones it's foundation is formed you can have different innovation and progress from those who see things as the could be not as there are, thanks for you reply

@OrionPhilosophy3 жыл бұрын
@@monnaojangsenye3095 no worries. I would still disagree; I think that a lot can be said for trying to find new ways of doing things. The Greeks and Romans, like Epictetus, Seneca, and Socrates encouraged debate and discussion to find new ways of looking at the world that might benefit the individual and the society. Thinkers like Tesla found new ways to create things, invent things and experiment with designs and materials to see what could come from new ideas. To me, doing things differently is the foundation of human progress at a group level, and the foundation of self-improvement at the level of the individual. Not all deviation from the norm is positive, but over time we learn what works, and we learn what doesn't, and the positive changes carry us forwards. I would agree with you that doing things differently for the sole reason of them being different may well be a foolish thing to do.
@monnaojangsenye30953 жыл бұрын
You know, what you are saying is soo true but I choose to stand with my words, even acting in that way as a person can do crime and learn that, the is a reason for doingwhat one would do, or else humanity would suffer and still suffer because we are afraid of losing ourselves to find ourselves. Have you noticed that it's only in a messy kitchen that great is found. I was thinking have childish altitude, a child like simplicity altitudes that accepts anything so that others can teach them and learn from not being fearing being wrong but know that if I don't do what I said I will do, people will suffer. and foolish altitude act as if what I do doesn't make a difference but it does, we as people we crave something and ones that thing is given we tend to stop due to emotion, please reason with me that, it's not those who are crazy be the one get thing done? Maybe I'm missing the point
