Question! How would you go about getting permission on someone whose house is gated and you can’t go knock?

I got a question how to I find the target buck I'm after . I see him all summer this the 2ed week of September then he is gone till the 1st week of December do you have any tips on how to find where he hangs out

Deer have summer areas where they live. Most bucks will move their core areas when they drop their velvet and when the forage begins to change, for example: green vegetation to acorns. I would try to locates rubs, scrapes, and natural food. If you're on a small property that the bucks only summer on then try to provide food to hold doe year around. if doe live on you the bucks will show buck up to check them.

My suburban spot is my back up for when i cant get it done on public land. Every season i will put about 40 hunts in on public and most seasons i will be unsuccessful but i always kill deer in my suburban spot. Its so much easier to pattern deer in places that only me and a few other people hunt. The public land in south arkansas is hunted so hard by so many people that the deer there dont have patterns they are just in survival mode and are constantly changing their routines

I’ve always been a fan of seek one. I love what you guys do!! But I think it’s naive to think you could be just as successful on public land. Why don’t you guys dedicate one season to it? Go around to all the public land areas you can find. Figure out what the record is for that particular public area/areas. Then hang cameras on a ton of different public locations. Find a deer on any public area that you think will compete for the record on that particular block of land and then do what you do best, Seek One!!! I think it would be very interesting and also shut a lot of haters up if you were successful. You guys have nothing left to prove in the suburbs. A ton of people think that’s the only way you guys can kill matue deer. Prove them wrong!!! It would be a challenge and also very good content that ALL hunters could enjoy!!!
