@Depressed Soul, I also think, it removes the root, so, what are the benefits? I want get rid of the message (but still want a rooted phone), but bring the device back to factory defaults is no option, is a stupid thing. Or do I see it wrong?

It's good how it's at least possible to remove the message. If you try to sell a phone with such a warning message, no one would buy it. Especially if it's a really expensive phone that you want to sell for some of your money back

Press up and down volume buttons together, and while you do that, connect your USB cable from computer or smart TV and it will boot to Download mode.

Maybe your phone doesnt have a download mode. Try to look up online for "boot to recovery/fast boot" for your device
