You sir...are a trend setter. I bought a new Olympus O-MD EM10 II camera following your footsteps and I am loving it. Please keep shooting and keep posting these vlogs. You have no idea what (positive, of course) effect they have on us hobbyists/enthusiasts.

Defo a thumbs up ,Craig in my opinion you are one of the best teachers of photography on KZbin, you might not like the fact that I see you as a teacher but when I’m out with my camera and stuck for a shot I think what would Craig do 🤔 ,inspirational

Another brilliant video, with some great images. I really like how you use compositions that most people, including myself, would miss because they are under our noses. Even though they are not panoramas of Mam Torr, they are definitely the Peak District, which jointly with North Yorkshire Moors is my favourite National Park. There are many landscape photographers I’ve learnt a lot off on KZbin, Adam Gibbs, Simon Booth and Paul G Johnson to name a few. But there’s no one who has taught me to think out of the box quite like you have, I thank you for that.

Fan Blooming Awesome, Craig! I had come back from a family session out in our City, taking photos of buildings where public access is not common except once a year and was nodding off on this video but I realised there was so much in your narrative and approach, I re-started viewing it three times. You're doing more for the art of thinking out a composition on what could be just "meh" scenes or assiduously repeated popular scenes, I'm resolved to go to my favourite haunts and think out compositionss over and over again. Many thanks

Good to track down you using the 35-100mm f/2.8 - I was beginning to think it was a lens you had but didn't turn to. 40-100mm is one gap in my lenses which I'm starting to see I'm missing.

Eh up Craig, I thought before watching your video (but listening to how you were going to do the challenge) that I would create my own challenge and choose a 1, 2, & 3 of the shots you have taken. After watching this video and with coffee in hand, I got by an edge the very first shot you took as no 1. I couldn’t for the life of me get 2 & 3, so I watched it a over again, I’m glad I did because I knew I wouldn’t get the second or third shots because although that first shot just had the edge, they were all in fact bloody good enough to be No1. Take care🖖

Hi Craig, I have to say that one of the best ways for me to relax is watching your vids. These just have something about them! @e6Vlogs 6 жыл бұрын
Pat, don't make excuses not to use a tripod, as it's your most important tool for great compositions. I only do without if the angle is a bit awkward and I can shoot without it, or if i just want to shoot on-the-fly occasionally.
