The photo here is of my Piccadilly Dance Orchestra, taken in the summer of 1989 at one of our first ever engagements, a performance of ‘I Won’t Dance’ on the BBC television appearance on ‘Wogan’. I’m flattered that it was thought to be authentic enough to date from 1929!!

It's a great tune now, how lovely the wood block and high hat really drive accents where they most effective.listen to that Bass horn go, that's my instrument......makes me smile !!!
