I feel like if you're going to take unsealed spellbook you might want to pick combat stuff at lvl 1. Like ignite exhaust cheese at lvl 2 then swap one out for flash on first back. Late game swap out for tp and flash to counter splitpushes. It's not great, but at least it has a goal behind it. If you win lane off of a cheese first blood it was worth the keystone, if not uninstall.

Rakan with Unsealed spellbook is nice if your team is willing to work with you. He's got the stuff to be able to early ignite play bot, help lanes with TP and even get away with stealing from the enemy jungler. More of a gambling rune though as once people get used to it they'd be on guard when someone who has it is MIA.

Yeah unsealed spellbook’s only real applications I see are if you like need to take barrier or exh to not feed because you got counterpicked and no matter what unless they’re brain dead your gonna get chucked but you still want TP for late. Or if you want your jungle Jax for instance to be able to swap to TP late so you can split but either way it doesn’t sound great

Ok real answer tho to this unsealed spell book crap, it changed your summoner spell and the cooldown on it is proportional to the remaining cooldown of your used ss, so if you take smite for exemple, use it for jungleing and then wait out 30 secounds untill it comes back, you can change to tp and have a tp gank with a jungler, or any other ss, then change back to smite wich has a low cooldown then change back to another ss when the cooldown is up on smite, so good for junglers acctualy
