The Pierces have unique, beautiful voices and make perfect harmonies. The lyrics are clever (nothing luxurious is appealing anymore cuz we've all seen everything) but hidden in the form of a parody. it was the theme song of a character in a shadowrun themed campaign (basically cyberpunk with fantasy). She was an old vampire (over 5000 years old), and her hobby was making empires rise and fall to decadence, but even that became boring, and contrary to popular belief, going in the sun doesn't kill her, she just gets really bad sunburns.

Oversimplified: You need three tings to be as ultimately happy as you can be within physical limitations. First; you need enough resources (this might include skills/contacts/willpower) to do what you want. Secondly; you need to get rid of anything that might influence your "wants" away from your own happiness. Lets you will become incredibly bored with over indulgence. (One tip; search artificial problems without real life consequences. Think: video games, LARP's, ARG's) The characters in this video clip only seem to lack number 3. Imagination.
