Kanako Yasaka took over the roles of main goddess after defeating the original goddess of the shrine Suwako Moriya but due to humans in the Outside World not really relying on gods she ended up transporting the shrine into Gensokyo mostly for survival. Much like any of the gals of Gensokyo there are many different variations of Kanako. Some are more annoying than others but each one has their own charm. Occasionally some of the variations of Kanako try to take the Hakurei Shrine and fuse it with the Moriya Shrine due to how little faith the Hakurei Shrine generates, each attempt fails miserably due to Reimu being the current Shrine Maiden of not only the Hakurei Shrine but the Shrine Maiden of *Gensokyo itself* resulting in Kanako being slightly disappointed every time it happens. Due to Kanako having a human form that looks like a mature woman she is often depicted with some... rather big "mountains of faith", the size of said "mountains" differs from variation to variation."

The. Best. Girl. Also regarding your description I think her chest size just counterbalances the whole thing. I'd personally just use a corset to deal with the problem, but knowing Kanako she probably sees it as free advertising
