I have heard that rotary wing operating costs are 2.5 times that of fixed-wing for equivalent engine horsepower. I was once invited to climb into the cockpit of an Air Tractor. I told the owner, "I'm not going up there! I'm afraid of heights." I'll stay with the Saratoga... cheaper to fly and closer to the ground.

The Blackhawk didn’t really have a tach on the MR either. I actually figured it out one day. 340RPM ish.
