Hi there, Nice to get an idea of the trail. Is the trail well marked? Would you recommend to do the hike as a solo traveler? How many hours did it take to do the entire trail? The link to the timetable with autobuses doesn't work anymore, but I've read there are not many buses driving from Benamahoma to Grazalema. So I wondered if it is advisable to walk back to the car park. Maybe in that case it's better to not finish the route until the end but return a little bit earlier? Thanks for your advise.

Hi Eline, the "El Pinsapar" path is also well signposted. As with the "El Torreón" trail, this route requires authorisation. They will be able to help you about bus timetables and stops between the villages. We also recommend that you ask them about taxi services, in case there are not enough buses. The route is well signposted and can be done in 4-6 hours (around 13 kms), depending on your pace and the number of stops you make to enjoy the surroundings or take photos. Enjoy the route!

@@DeRutasySendas Thank you so much for your quick reply. Do you think it might be possible to shorten the route so that we return to the car park somewhere halfway? Or would you then miss a nice part of the hike, because that would also be a shame, of course. Then I would indeed prefer to take a taxi. 20 km there and back seems a bit too much for me. Thanks.

The whole route is worthwhile, but if you are not sure about the buses or taxis, you can return when you finish the section of the pinsapos, approximately 8 kilometres into the route. Enjoy it very much!
