The lip sync isn't everything, though. Winning the lip sync isn't necessarily enough to make up for a bad performance in the challenge; especially if one contestant was WAY worse than the other person in the bottom. It's just an opportunity to impress RuPaul enough to be saved from elimination, but winning might still not be enough.

Remember though that they lipsynch to 3+ minute long songs and we see about 45 seconds on tv. So the ‘long time’ alyssa spent w the gun and ponytail wouldn’t have seemed that long during the realtime lipsync, but was really emphasised by the editing to make her look worse.

I honestly felt really uncomfortable whenever they called out jasmine for talking too much, especially at points where she was talking a reasonable amount. I really see myself in her shoes as someone who would talk a lot when surrounded by like-minded people and trying to make friends. If I was constantly talked to like that I would just never speak to them again

Interrupting people way too often and people felt like they could never talk to her or have her in a conversation because she wasn't really listening and people were tired of being talked over and I get that 100%. Nobody wants to talk to that person and no one came for her

Well yes, it's not a conversation if she can't even get her point out. So what her point was long, that's how you talk to someone, you listen until they're done and if you have an exclamation then cool. If you're trying to talk while someone is already talking and you don't plan on letting them finish or you don't say "sorry" or " or "excuse me" then you're just rude

Yeah it actually put me off Kornbread a bit :/ I was fine with her bringing it up and talking to Jasmine about it, but I think she took it too far when she was chastising Jasmine for writing while someone was talking. Bosco was right when she said Jasmine couldn't even breathe without Kornbread thinking she was doing too much. Was hard to watch
