Good show, Naves a simple request please ask them to go into details when talking about the various injuries. e.g. They said Riva had a ankle injury, what exactly was the complication...what ligaments were torn, bones fractured etc ; what were the complications. We will learn the medical terms. Another thing, They spoke about conservative methods of managing an injury. Can they explain the process of managing the different Grades e.g. grade 2 tendon tear, what are the conservative methods used, is there a period of immobilisation? Before Ta saki starts to get the muscle/joint working?

What are the major and important muscle groups that need to be strengthened to prevent injury e.g. To prevent Achilles Tendon injury or re-injuru we need to strengthen the calf muscle - how do you measure the strength of that muscle?
