Noise's campaign is crazy, sometimes he does things that Peppino won't do (ex: different mechanics) which means every level is different so seeing your reaction to those will be fun! ALSO: Those blocks in World 1's hub (the ones that you're frustrated at) are the blocks that you pass through in The Crumbling Tower of Pizza :)

You should play through the whole game as the noise. Also those blocks in the hub areas are deactivated at the crumbling tower of pizza level. You have to go to them when you reach the hub during the countdown

More Noise gameplay please! Here are some tips: 1. You can cancel most moves with dash, which gives you instant Mach 3 (second highest speed). This includes the bounce after tornado (helpful for going fast) and for flying with the crusher (up+jump midair). 2. Going up easily can be achieved by pizza crusher canceling (up+ jump midair followed by dashing and repeating the process). Uppercut (up+dash) goes very high, but cannot be canceled, so it is a last resort. 3. Mastery of the skateboard is essential to going fast. When you have your skateboard out, bodyslam becomes tornado and dash becomes a fast, spinning move that knocks enemies back, allowing you to kill them on landing. 4. For on the spot acceleration, press jump immediately adter sprint and then tap down. After you bounce, you will enter mach 3, meaning you can break metal blocks from a standstill. 5. To get going fast quickly, dash during the airtime after you bounce out of tornado. You will be launched at high speed, entering mach 3 when you hit the ground. If you hit a wall, you will wall bounce. Hope these tips help!

Kinda a tipp: you can press the button imputs for a super jump in the air to use a groundpound that can break metal blocks, and it doesn't matter what height, also lap 2 you unlock either doing the tutorial un under 2 minutes or beat the level once and then in that specific level it will appear, also also check the responses

mike, replay the peppino tutorial and go back to the noise, everything is the same, except for the walljump, superjump cancel and dive (wich are explained in the tutorial) heres a tip: you might have noticed the walljump is limited, after using it a few times noise will go lower and lower until you just go down, instead, when you start running out of height, user up + jump in air wich activates his crusher move, wich also launches you up. you can cancel out of it with the grab, wich puts you into the walljump spin state. you can then hold down to go into the tornado state or up + garb to get into the uppercut state. noise's uppercut actually goes way higher than peppinos. another one: noise has his own unlockable costumes, for example: you can get Roise (red noise costume) by killing 4 enemies in a row using the tornado (the tornado never ends unless you let go of the down key)

Not sure Mike is gonna see this, but here's some things to know about Noise's playthrough: -Noise "Bounces" A LOT, Think of it more like wall jumping when running into walls. -ALWAYS REMEMBER he can super jump at any time. ALSO you can control to the left and right this super jump! -Your "Dive" is now the drill spin. And it's VERY EFFECTIVE at placing you down on the ground. When coming out of a drill spin, you will go right into Mach Dash. Keep this in mind!!! Even though it will take a half second. However! Enemies will not have the "OH SH**" effect so even though drill can attack enemies, it won't be as effective or fast as Mach Dash. You'll keep doing it so long as "DOWN" is held. -The Bombs are STRICTLY BOSS FIGHTS ONLY. It replaces your basic attack. But if you use them right, makes the fights REALLY EASY. -You have a Power Slam when you press "UP" and "JUMP" in the air. You can "Attack" out of this attack just like Gustavo and Brick. You can chain these power slams and attacks out of them INFINITELY. This is a way of keeping in the air or even gaining more height. -Also, Gustavo is not here. Brick is hanging out in a level somewhere. (For Achievement reasons.) -There's unique interactions with the fourth and fifth bosses. Ain't spoiling what they are. BUT IT'S HILARIOUS! -There's also unique ways Noise interacts with some abilities. That's about all to say for now. Hope Mike sees this. BTW: I've done all the levels with at least A rank with Noise now. Keyboard only. WASD movement, J = Attack, K = Jump, L = Taunt. L Shift = Run.

the john blocks shown at when you are in the beginning place where you go to all the places, are used in the escape scene when pizzahead is defeated and you need to escape the tower

You can cancel out of most of the Noise's moves (excluding the uppercut) at any point. A move the game teaches you how to do later is his Smasher move, which can be done by pressing up + jump at the same time. This lets you go incredibly high at the benefit of being able to do other moves mid-jump, as opposed to his uppercut. He can also, similar to his slam, break metal blocks with this move. Additionally, when Noise wall-bounces, he can do a total of 5 jumps. Every wall bounce after that gradually brings him lower and lower down. So, you can get up the wall in Bloodsauce Dungeon by super jumping, or by alternating between his wall bounce and smasher move to scale up the wall quickly. It's important to keep in mind that at any point when his skateboard is out, most moves immediately restore his speed once he hits the ground, excluding his Smash and Uppercut moves. He's a bit of a difficult character to grasp, but I'm sure you'll get the gang of him! Good luck!

Hey, for Lap 2 portals, you need to beat the level once to unlock it. Alternatively, you can complete the tutorial in under 2 minutes, there is a timer option you can enable in the settings. Also you were right about people doing crazy stuff with Noise day 1, I P-ranked John Gutter, Pizzascape, and Pepperman's Fight so far as Noise. Also never forget that Noise can super jump at any time but I imagine you remembered that after recording.

Here's some information regarding the boss fights: Every Fight after the Pepperman Fight is easier in some capacity. Exactly how it's easier is different from fight to fight. Vigilante's Duel Segment is done automatically, you don't have to worry about timing your shots there. The replacement for the Noise fight actually gives you a free P-Rank if you go in for a rematch. Exactly how is something I'll keep secret, cuz it's much better as a suprise. Fake Peppino's chase sequence is actually much easier, and similar to the previous entry, I won't tell you why because it's much better experienced blind.

There are 2 ways to unlock lap 2 1. Complete the level. Once you complete it, it will be available. 2. P-rank the tutorial (You don't need to do a lap 2. Just beat the tutorial quickly while keeping your combo I think.). P-ranking it will unlock all the lap 2 portals!

Mike, I should explain what the John blocks are in the lobby. Those only open up in the crumbling tower of pizza. Because it's an escape moment, the unopened John blocks are open. Hope this helps you fix your questioning.

Requirements for lap 2 is either beat the game on that save file, or beat the tutorial really fast. The John Blocks in the hub area change state when you kill John in The Crumbling Tower of Pizza. You run through the hub on your escape. They aren't there just to troll you.

Here's a thing that the tutorial didint mention: If you press jump and up at the same time (z and up arrow with keyboard), you can actually do a downslam that sends you up before slamming into the ground, its great for breaking metal blocks beneath you!
