Unreal Environments - Speed Level Design could you make a passenger plane the has crashed in a jungle. half stuck in a tree. the only reasion why it hasnt fallen. is because the vines are keeping it up. + maybe add a old temple near by. please
@lavykalava11497 жыл бұрын
Unreal Environments - Speed Level Design you could do some small builds. and put them together in a video. maybe post every wesday. but every 2 weeks. because it takes time. :p

I love the feel of it... but only one issue, planes that crash in jungle areas don't look like that. They're missing wings and landing gear is usually off in a bush or something. Still freak'in awesome work though man!

thanks, yes i know i could have done it better :)

Hi, I am really impressed with your skill and with what is possible, speedwise, in UE4. So I downloaded it yesterday. I have some Blender and Fusion CAD experience and am just wondering how long it would take to learn to create something coming close to your standard. I do understand that a brush is as talented as the artist that wields it, but still, UE4 seems to take some of the credit. I just built a website (same name as my tag) and I was wondering if you would like to take a go at a derelict launch pad and one of the rocket models I built in fusion 360. They use a gantry like the F9 from SpaceX or a pit launch as in missile silo, or can even be launched from a bobbing position in the sea. My personal purpose is to learn to present it 'crisp' because I want to learn to create a professional looking 'launch' vid for a rocket flying of to the Moon and Mars, but you might be interested or inspired in the derelict theme. Don't feel obliged in any way if it isn't your style and GOOD LUCK with your channel!

sorry i didn't understand well... what do you want me to do? to learn unreal, in the way i used it, should be easy, maybe some months of trial and error e watching tutorials. thanks!
@onestagetospace48927 жыл бұрын
Thanks. Good news. A couple of months seems quite reasonable. I only made the suggestion that you could create a sort of derelict launch pad. High tech that looks abandoned after an apocalyps. You know, the stark contrast between the highest aspirations and deepest fall of man. You could for instance use the Vandenberg pics, pics from SpaceX or Baikonour as an example. Again, it is just a suggestion. I personally want to learn to make a professional looking rocket launch video.

nice interesting concept, i will try! for the learning it depend by you, if you study and try could be two month or maybe 1 year, it really depends on you!

Wow! Nice! Good luck to you! I will certainly come back to find out how it went :) Have fun!

When your painting the landscape you paint it like youre in photoshop but when i try to ad layers of material its like my brush gets more squared the more materials i paint on my landscape. Can you make a tut on how to make the landscape material and make the landscape so i can see your process? Nice video btw really liked the environment
@unrealenvironments-speedle7827 жыл бұрын
thanks, but the landscape material is from a pack from the unreal marketplace, i don't know how to create landscape materials :(

Unreal Environments - Speed Level Design I'm trying to get a group of people together and make something big. Because it's not easy to make something with just 2 people. Would you want to be apart?
@unrealenvironments-speedle7827 жыл бұрын
what do you want to do? have you ever made a game? what you mean with "big"?
@vantagepointgaming18997 жыл бұрын
Get 10 guys who always wanted to make games together to learn from each other and get something done. I have not made a game YET, that's why im here. When I say big im referring to an open game. Where you have more freedom as the player. A game that can't be done in a year by 2 guys. A game that could possibly change the way games are made. But we have to start small. Get comfortable with the team and go from there.
@unrealenvironments-speedle7827 жыл бұрын
an open world?this "project" is too big for a first game, you will never be able to make a good game this big if you don't have a lot of experience
