When faced with the closure of their longtime club, The Forth Worth Planesmen, Bob Grove and Frank Jozwiak decide to create a lasting legacy for their club that will live on for years to come through the creation of a new scholarship funded through the sale of their club's land. Great job - thanks guys! I have never visited the Planesmen field but I've heard of them, and I'm pretty sure I've known several members that once were in that club. I mostly fly at a field in Waco, and occasionally at Tbird field in Benbrook. I'm sure your scholarship programs will positively impact young modelers in the future! 😊👍
