how do you know which ip address is the target address?

It is quite simple, Among 3, 1. is your LHOST IP address. Type ifconfig command to verify on your host (i.e., Kali) 2. The second IP address of the router. i.e. IP of Host-only adapter. Check it on VirtualBox Network setting. 3. Now, 3rd one confirm is our target. Now, you understand.
