An engineered big ship designed to take out NPC engineered big ships relatively quickly. And since NPC pirates have to claim their mandatory Chaff Launchers and SCBs before they're allowed into the Cad Academy, this ship will make them largely useless.
Not much really to explain with this build. Her armour is light, to keep the weight down. As long as you don't let the shields drop, you're only going to be facing Phasing damage from the engineered pirates. Which is why she has the repair limpet controller. Shields aren't overly tanky but they don't really need to be with an SLF pilot taking most of the aggro. You'll get a fair amount of downtime between fights to let them recharge a bit.
As for the weapons, the Railgun is Sturdy to keep the heat down, and has Feedback Cascade on it, which makes Shield Cells not as effective in restoring shields. The Multicannon turret is corrosive (and turreted only so I didn't have to put it on a separate fire group).
For the main armament... 6 Efficient Plasma Slug Plasma Accelerators. They pack quite a punch. Yes they do 10% less damage, but you can load them with Premium Ammo and as long as you don't refuel, or restock them, it will last for as long as you have a comfortable amount of fuel to use them. Giving you hundreds of shots at 20% overall increased damage.
Because of that, I've given the ship two extra 64 ton fuel tanks. So she has fuel to fire her PAs really until you get bored, lol.
