Nope. Respectfully, it's not right to make others pay for your healthcare. If our healthcare system is payed for by the government, it's everyone paying for the sick by proxy via tax. Not to mention that I don't want the government to be in control of my health. Not to say there's nothing wrong with our healthcare. There's plenty of problems, but making it "free" bears many other long-term problems. Fix big pharma, insurance, reduce inefficiencies in the healthcare industry, and figure out a way to reduce the administrative overhead and corruption. Encourage community-funded healthcare efforts somehow. And before that, the FDA should be more proactive about the toxins in our food. I'm of the mind that a lot of the sicknesses and diseases we see today comes from all the crap in our food. Things would be a lot better if we fixed these issues.
