with that being said, uh ... jazz hands? it's finally done? after four months? I am so tired and emotional rn
this animatic and its progress was a presence in my life for ... a lot of things. I'm kinda attached, heh. it's also a very good show of how styles can change and adapt; I wish I could go back and redo the first minute and 20 seconds in my current style but I'm too done to care. it gets better after that, I promise.
so yeah, uh ... please remind me never to take on the task of animating 12+ minutes of a song during the busiest semester of my life ever again. :') I do think it was worth it, tho.

THINGS I LOVE ABOUT THIS 0:00 the fact that you put in the extra bits 0:28 "rich" coming up from the curtain as she says that 0:38 Mr Reyes coming out from behind the curtain 1:13 how Jeremy's eyes turn blue when he looks at the box of SQUIPs 1:21 the little blue electric things on his arms and neck 1:54 YEAH wait what 2:05 Mr Reyes just coming out of nowhere 2:13 that tiny wave 2:31 the lights flickering when the equip comes in The light in his eyes flickering at 2:48 & 3:02 3:18 I don't know what that was but I love it 3:38 the subtle details like how the SQUIPs bubble in the mountain dew 4:07 that little hair bounce 4:56 I just think it's cool that you took time to add details like the little spills next to the beaker 5:49 MICHAEL MAKES AN ENTRANCE 6:00 can we just take a moment to appreciate how Michael is sitting in that chair 6:19 again I really appreciate that you took the time to add the dialogue 6:36 ok now he's just taunting Jeremy 8:28 how Brooke? Am i the only one who cried when the squip got deactivated? His last words were calling out to Jeremy, presumably in pain.
