Recently, I volunteered at a local animal shelter and witnessed several adoptions of deserving pets. It was heartwarming to see these animals find loving homes!

A great thing happened on Friday when my dad came home from the hospital from the ninth visit he's had this year. They'd pretty much written him off and were trying to put him on hospice until they realized he has a hole in his heart since birth. This combined with other health issues left him in a bad situation, but now they've done some procedures and he's feeling way better. Just shows that you can't always listen to what even a doctor tells you.

2:55 One thing good that's happened recently is that in South Africa (where I'm from), we're down to stage 1 load shedding or none at all. What that basically means is that we actually have electricity consistently (unlike before with no electricity for sometims up to 10 hours a day) and without the power cuts at inconvenient times, it's gotten a lot easier for me (a student) and I'm sure a lot of other people from SA feel the same!

Ah- the transparent look was classic. I had the N64 In recent times, my wife had a baby and it’s been such a joy to watch her grow. What we’ve been shown through this process is to step “outside my world” and into hers- being fully present in times of playing or learning to eat. The bills can wait for a couple more moments- that phone call can wait for a couple of moments… And through that, for us, we’ve been able to really capture the joys of experiencing life with her. She’s given us everything without doing anything.

Good things happen to everyone, if you plan and work hard enough. My son just graduated from High School on the honor roll, after a major struggle with an undiagnosed case of ADHD for the first two years and nearly failing out. Congrats dude way to turn it around. My family also scrimped and saved, worked really hard through pandemic to keep jobs, get promotions and finally purchased our dream boat just in time for summer. All good things.

I chose my best subjects the ones I liked to do, the ones that have a scope, and I picked the one I felt I could do easily and enjoy doing it. Id say pick a course according to your aptitude and interests, and based on what job/business field you want to enter so that your job doesnt feel like work

I remember when the Apple computers had retro transparent cases and I always thought they were cool but never could afford one. That and Gameboy colors. These builds remind me of that and bring me nostalgic feelings. Your videos have also helped me with my IT schooling because I do it online and seeing you break and tinker with things allows me to understand how they work better and as a bonus i know how to assemble/disassemble those devices now! I’ve been working on conquering my anxiety (specifically around travelling) and recently travelled 5hrs away from home by myself and went to London. It went a lot better than I anticipated! I’m definitely going to do it again in a couple of months! (And another good thing that came out of that trip was that I got to play with a ps5 for the first time! It was so much fun!)

I think one good thing that's happening now is the explosion of freely available tech and knowledge sharing that's allowing everyone to learn, try, and do new things more than ever before. As for the PS5 covers I like the orange and blue for their brightness and would love to see a more crystal/white version as opposed to the smoke gray. I do love the look of transparent stuff (clear plastics on Hot Wheels cars, watch faces where you see all the gear movements, transparent hydraulic press tools, dbrand skins, etc. 😁 )

I gotta say a good thing that’s happened recently in my life is getting a new job working as a slot technician at a local casino. Being around tech all day is really interesting and rewarding when fixing something but being able to afford to help my mom and actually feel like I’m doing something good with it is what drives me. A great thing that has happend to me is that i for the first time ever, I replaced a phone battery. It was my moms Motorola G51. The old battery did catch fire, but the repair was otherwise succesful. I'm in Lexington, Mississippi. We just had a very bad bout of thunderstorms. We were without power for about 5 days. 6 days, B and a few of my good friends, we went out, and we gave eyes to the elderly. And we also gave a Wade LED Flashlight and the light up break sticks. I recently finished covering the balcony with a cat net to let my cats go to the balcony. They have been the happiest cats since then with all the sunbathing and the insect hunting. Ive just finished to renovate my grandmothers flat. She passed away last autumn. Instead of selling it and taking mortgage from the bank for a house. We decided to renovate and live there mortgage free. took me 6 months to do everything from scratch my self Dyi. But I finally did it. Next week Myself with my wife and our little daughter will move in . :) That's the really good thing happened recently .
