I feel like there’s already a natural solution in sports. Professional bowling does like a ladder system that golf could easily implement if you hold a playoff event at East Lake, then take the top 5 from that event go 1v1 where 5 plays 4, winner gets 3, winner gets 2, winner plays 1 for the title.

Why not transform the playoffs by reimplementing matchplays amongst the best of the best? Like top 30 season +2 WC (why not top 2 of DPWT… or LIV who won major that year…) … 2 events: 32->16->8->4 and then round robin for the last 3 days amongst the top4 with point differentials etc…

Liv has a match play team championship that by setup is actually pretty sick and what you want. Just too early and hasn't built enough steam. I'm def watching rahms team plays brooks or Bryson's team or even Phil's team. Love the idea of the last tournament being a match play event. Maybe the top/last 16 guys based on the FedEx points. Also they need to give more points to the majors. It would give merit to the best season players but also provide end of season drama/playoffs. Do this! It gets even better when the tours join and you get the top LIV players back.

Golf content from 2023-2024 (2024 the gap grew the largest) Foreplay has been left in the dust by BDS, BryanBros, Grant, GG, and so many more. When you put out 2 podcast a week and on two different coasts, going to be really hard to put out golf content.

Frankie snickered at collabs and drinking games saying they put out “real” and “actual” golf content at one point compared to other channels (almost certain guys like BDS in mind who have mapped this crew), realized they were seeing 0 growth and resorted back to a couple collabs with big dogs like BDS and GG as mentioned (as they should - pretty certain two of their highest viewed videos as of recently feature fellow YT golf powerhouse). Hypocrisy. They were big, they were definitely some of the first to this wave of the golf scene, but they are getting left in the dust. For them to act pretentious and cry about not being invited to this event is having 0 self awareness. I understand their arguments based on their relationships wtf but they have been afforded a lot of opportunities because of those. Be upset, sure. Don’t act entitled. Really interested to see where Foreplay brand goes in next 2-3 years.
