We know many ppl who were there with us in the previous Ramadan but they are not present in this Ramadan.. Death has no age..Ramadan is a gift from the mercy and love of Allah..we dont deserve it but his mercy is never ending He gives us the multiplied rewards in Ramadan for ibadah n gud deeds that we cannot afford in our whole life span! Also the laylatul qadr is a huge bounty frm Allah.. We shd bcm more concious and do as much ibadah n gud deeds as we can in last 10 nyts of Ramadan COZ We Dont Afford gud deeds dun in a life span of 83 yrs! Hence we shd take this month as a training for renewing our eman (faith),taqwa(god conciousness) and making it stronger.. And return to our True purpose for the rest of our lives!..

Salaam alaykum, SubhanAllah I was justing going to buy the translation of Talbis Iblis. Since it is not recommended, I would be so grateful if Yaqeen Institute could put out a recommended reading list of the English translations of the classical scholars (whatever is available) as their works really are gems mashaAllah Jazakum Allahu khair Update: MashaAllah Sh Omar told us not to read, Sh Yaser told us to read the classical texts lol mashaAllah may Allah bless them both... we really need some guidance from Yaqeen on the issue of English translated texts, jazakum Allahu khair

Maa shaa Allah I love the concept of the flow of river and climbing the mountain. Jazakallahu khair. My question is lets take the example of the man who kills 99. When he was killing he felt nothing afterwards, but later on he felt bad and wanna repent. Okay, what if it flips. A person use to sin and after the sin; cried, repent sincerely yeah? Like he felt the pain of committing that sin and it kept on haunting like coming back to the memory and u keep making istigfar that's a good thing. so, it came to a stage like the hole he talked about u fell and it was so deep but u didn't get that much of a worry but u actually repented. What if in your case u feel u couldn't reach the rope, u feel distant, u feel all these sadness that even thou u know u did this but u feel u couldn't repent well and u r increasing in doing more good but astagfiruallah smtyms u still felt good about what u did to some sense and at the same time u don't wish to commit that sin again and u repented but u feel......I don't know how to explain it really but I think the reason y u feel that way is because u r actually seeing Allah's mercy as way bigger than your sin and u know u made taubah and deep down u know He s.w.t, has forgiven but u still felt less regret hunting u like u do regret about the bad u do before. What will u say about this and how will u advice upon it? Jazakallahu khair Aameen

The best way to deal with such sins that are addictive is to surrender before Allah, accepting with complete and total sincerity that only He can help us to overcome it. Then eliminate any chance of being in circumstances that may trigger us to commit the sin. And keep on asking, keep on striving... Only Allah can purify
